21. Extended bone necrosis after avulsion of 1.7. 22. The removed tooth and bone sequestra.
24. A thick layer of Tissucol with thrombin at 500 I.U./ml is applied.
23. Following removal of the hard and soft tissues involved in the necrosis, there remains a vast area of exposed bone surface.
25-26. An amniotic membrane of suitable size is grafted on top.
27. Healing six months after treatment.
28-29. X-rays three and six months after treatment.
